What does a lead bartender do?
The Lead Bartender supervises all facets of a bar, schedules all bartender's shifts and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the bar. The Lead Bartender also prepares opening and closing shift paperwork, stocks the bar area and supervise sother bartenders who are working throughout their shifts.
