What does a bellman do?
The Bellman is responsible for greeting guest and transporting their luggage. Bell service staff are typically responsible for unloading luggage at curbside upon a guest's arrival as well as delivering the luggage to a guest's room after check-in. Must be friendly and helpful to ensure outstanding service.
